SMS Text Message Consent (Optional)
By providing a mobile number and signing below, Tenant agrees to receive transactional text messages from U-Store Mini Warehousing regarding rent reminders, balances, payment links, payment confirmations, and storage-unit service notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of renting. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
How consent is collected
A tenant may choose to provide affirmative consent by signing or initialing the optional SMS consent section on a U-Store rental agreement or separate printed consent form. U-Store retains the signed record. Consent is not required to rent a unit and may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.
