Program description

The U-Store Tenant Text Messaging Program sends transactional messages about your storage account. Messages may include account verification codes, rent reminders, balance notices, payment links, payment confirmations, and storage-unit service updates. The program is not used for unrelated marketing.

Consent and enrollment

You may enroll by providing your mobile number and giving clear, affirmative consent on a U-Store rental agreement or separate text messaging consent form. Consent is specific to U-Store tenant account messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting a unit or making a purchase.

By enrolling, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number. Please notify U-Store if the number changes or is reassigned.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on account activity and the services you request. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. U-Store does not charge a separate fee for participating in the text messaging program.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time. Reply HELP for help.

After a STOP request, you may receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. For additional assistance, call 920-318-6566 or email accounts@ustorebeaverdam.com.

Delivery and carrier terms

Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program may not be available on every carrier or device. Text messages are not an emergency communication method.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information, including mobile phone information and text messaging consent records. Mobile phone information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes or termination

We may update these terms or suspend or discontinue the program. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your right to reply STOP and withdraw text messaging consent remains available at any time.
